Virtual Group
Virtual DBT group is designed for residents of Washington, Oregon, California, and Nevada. Starting May 9th, this weekly group meets on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in a secure online setting, allowing you to develop essential DBT skills from the comfort of home.
In-person Group
In-person DBT group will be held in Las Vegas, NV, beginning May 8th. This group will meet weekly on Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, providing a consistent space to learn, grow, and connect with others on a similar journey
